3o CAMPIONATO EUROPEO DI BOCCE GIOVANILE

Egregio Signor/a Presidente!

In nome del Comitato di organizzazione del 3° Campionato Europeo di Bocce Giovanile ho l'onore di informarLa che in base alla decisione del Comitato esecutivo dell'Associazione di Bocce Europea (EBA) la gara continentale giovanile, 3° Campionato a squadre e 1° Campionato individuale, avra luogo a Budapest dal 16 al 21 agosto 2004, organizzata dalla Federazione Boccistica Ungherese. Nello stesso tempo ho il piacere di invitare la Delegazione della Vostra Federazione, la Vostra nazionale di categoria, a questo evento.

Il Patrono del III Campionato Europeo Givanile di Bocce e Sig. Arnaldo Dante Marianacci, il Direttore del Instituto Culturale Italiano in Budapest.

Secondo la decisione del Comitato esecutivo dell'EBA la Delegazione ufficiale si compone di 4 o 5 persone, di cui 1 Capo delegazione, 1 Dirigente tecnico, minimo 2 e massimo 3 giocatori. Le gare a squadre si svolgono con 1 gara a coppia e 2 gare individuali. La gara giocata da un giocatore, determinato precedentemente, delle gare a squadre e nello stesso tempo anche l'eliminatoria del campionato individuale. Il giocatore individuale indicato delle squadre che arrivano con 3 giocatori puo fare soltanto la gara individuale, e non puo far parte della coppia.

Le squadre iscritte verranno sorteggiate in gruppi in base al numero dei partecipanti, e all'interno del gruppo fanno il girone. Anche lo sviluppo ulteriore va in funzione del numero dei partecipanti. Verra annunciato campione europeo a squadra e individuale.

Attendiamo l'arrivo delle Delegazioni entro le ore 17 il 16 agosto 2004, la partenza sara dopo la colazione il 21 agosto. L'alloggio, i pasti delle Delegazioni di 4 o 5 persone saranno a carico della Federazione Boccistica Ungherese. Le spese del viaggio sara a carico delle singole Federazioni nazionali.

Al Campionato Europeo possono partecipare soltanto le squadre iscritte che hanno versato la Tassa d'iscrizione e il Contributo annuale dell'EBA. La Tassa d'iscrizione della Delegazione di 4 persone ammonta a EUR 180. In caso di partecipazione con 3 giocatori la Tassa d'iscrizione di questo 5° partecipante e di +175 EUR. Ogni ulteriore accompagnatore, nonché ogni partecipante che richiede sistemazione in albergo puo partecipare in base alla tabella tariffale allegata. Richiamo la Sua attenzione sul fatto che nei giorni precedenti al Campionato Europeo si svolgera il GP della F1 a 20 km da Budapest. Inoltre c'e la possibilita di restare a Budapest per ulteriore riposo anche dopo il Campionato. Restiamo alla disposizione dei nostri ospiti anche per la prenotazione dell'alloggio e dei biglietti.

Termine d'iscrizione: entro il 15 giugno 2004. Termine di pagamento della Tassa d'iscrizione: il 30 giugno 2004. La Tassa d'iscrizione dovra essere versata sul conto bancario della Federazione Gioco Bocce Ungherese: Magyar Golyósportok Szövetsége, c/o Postabank 11991102-02904577-00000000 (La Tassa d'anno dovra essere versata sul conto bancario dell'EBA.)

III. IFJÚSÁGI BOCSA EURÓPA-BAJNOKSÁG
3rd Youth Boccia European Championship

Dear President,

by the name of the Organizing Committee of the 3rd Youth European Championship I inform you with honour, that by the decision of the Executive Committee of EBA, the Hungarian Bowlsport Federation may organize the 3rd Team and the 1st Single Youth Boccia European Championship in Budapest this August.. By this occassion I kindly invite the Delegation of your National Federation to this event.

The Patron of the 3rd Youth Boccia European Championship is Sig. Arnaldo Dante Marianacci, the Director of the italian Cultural Institute in Budapest.

By the decision of the Executive Committe of EBA, the delegations may consist of 4 or 5 persons, 1 chief of delegation, 1 trainer, and min. 2 max. 3 players under 18. Each team matches consist of two single and one match of double. One of the single matches also pretends the match for the title of the Single European Championship. Each team has to determine in advance which player of their plays for the title of the Single European Champion. The delegations who arrives with 3 players, their Single Player may not play for the double.

The entered teams will be drawn into groups by the number of the participants. Also the system of the next rounds depends on the number of the participants. We announce also a Single and a Team Champion.

The arrival of the delegations is expected until 17 on 16th of August 2004, the departure will be after the breakfast on 21th. For all the fees of accomodation and meals is respective the Hungarian Ballsport Federation, the fees of the journey are by the national delegations.

All the European national teams may participate at the championship after has paied the year membership fee for the EBA.

The entrance fee for the championship is 180 EUR per each 4 person delegation. For the delegations, who enters with 3 players (5 persons) has to pay an extra 175 EUR for the 5th person. Every more fans and accompanying person are welcome and may join the event by the fees included in the enclosed table. We kindly ask your attention for, that August is a highly frequent touristic term in Budapest, not only during the weekend of the F1 Hungarian GP. By this reason we really suggest all the interesants to sign their arrival and accomodation requests to us as soon as possible. Also, we may help them by booking tickets for the GP.

The closing date for entries is 15th of June. The deadline for paying the entry fees is 30th of June. The entry fee is to be paied to the banking account of the Hungarian Ballsport Federation: Magyar Golyósportok Szövetsége, c/o Postabank 11991102-02904577-00000000 (the yearly membership fee is to be paied to the account of the EBA)

By this reason we really suggest you to sign your arrival and accomodation requests to us as soon as possible, not later then 15th of June. Also, we may help you by booking tickets for the GP.

1., The entry fee for the 3rd facultative players and the accompanying persons (EUR/person):

Includs the accomodations from 16th to 21th of August, in 4beds student hostel rooms, 3 meals per day from 16th's dinner till 21th's breakfast and the dinner of the gala on a ship on Danube.

MEGKÖZELÍTÉS

A Bajnokság helyszíne Zuglóban a Horvát Iskola és Diákotthon, az Örs vezér téren, az IKEA mögött.
(Pontos cím: 1144 Bp., Kántorné sétány 1-3.)
Az iskola tornacsarnokában három mobilpályán zajlanak a mérkőzések, a résztvevők szállása és étkezése az iskola diákotthonában van.

A közönséget, érdeklődőket, kísérőket lelátó, zárt pihenő- és játszótér, büfé várja. Az olimpiai közvetítések iránt érdeklődők kivetítőn követhetik a játékokat.
