World Children Games will start very soon. Thanks a lot for
your participation. Now Bocce is the most crowded sports in
the games!
Please find attached some documents. In participants list,
check your information (especially arrival and departure).
There are also technical rules of each discipline as
attachment. Please have a look at them.
You also have program of the competition as an attachment.
That will be a tight program. We can modify it during the
Technical Meeting.
*The general program is as follows:*
23 -24 April: Arrival of the teams
24 April (19:00): Opening ceremony
25 April (20:00): Technical meeting and drawing
26-29 April: Competitions
30 April: Sightseeing tour
1 May (15:00): Closing ceremony
2 May: Departure of the teams

1- Mohamad Yacine KAFI from Algeria will function as the
technical coordinator of the tournament.
2- National Turkish referees will be appointed and work
under Mr Kafi. If there are referees in your delegations,
they will have to be registered during technical meeting.
3- For each discipline a seperate jury will be composed with
members from different nations.
4- There are 2 hotels for all delegations. We will divide
delegations in these 2 hotels. Both are 5 star hotels near
the airport.

5- Our friends will meet you at the airport and transfer to
the hotel.
6- The weather is now rainy and around 15 degrees during
daytime. For next week we expect it to be sunny& warmer.
Around 20 degrees.
7- Raffa, Petanque and Volo Shooting will be played in the
central park in an open area. Volo traditional game will be
played in covered area. The distance between 2 places is
about
8- Each delegation will have one translator and one guide!
So never afraid to be lost :))
9- Only Turkish Liras is used as currency. You can convert
Euros& Dollars
easily.
10- You have to bring your balls with you.
*As the last point, I have 2 requests:*
1- One traditional clothes of your country. One of your
players should wear traditional clothes during the opening
ceremony.

4 - Il ya 2 hôtels pour toutes les délégations. Nous allons
diviser délégations dans ces 2 hôtels. Tous deux sont les
hôtels 5 étoiles près de l'aéroport.

5 - Nos amis vous attendra à l'aéroport et transfert
à l'hôtel.
6 - Le temps est pluvieux et maintenant autour de 15 degrés
pendant la journée. Pour la semaine prochaine nous attendons
à ce qu'il fasse beau et chaud. Autour de 20 degrés.
7 - Raffa, pétanque et tir progressive sera joué dans le
parc central dans une zone ouverte. Volo jeu traditionnel
sera joué dans la zone couverte. La distance entre les 2
places est d'environ 200 mètres.
8 - Chaque délégation aura un traducteur et un guide!
9 - Seuls les livres turques est utilisé comme monnaie. Vous
pouvez convertir des Euros et Dollars facilement.
10 - Vous devez apporter vos boules avec vous.
*Comme ce dernier point, j'ai 2 demandes:
*1 - Une vêtements traditionnels de votre pays. Un de
vos
joueurs doivent porter des vêtements traditionnels au
cours
de la cérémonie d'ouverture.
